• Fees:
For delivery of one unit in France, the delivery charge is €25 (incl. VAT).
Delivery charges then vary according to the quantity and total weight of the order. They are automatically calculated and displayed on the payment page when you confirm your order.

• How does it work?
One week in advance, you will be notified that shipment of your order is imminent. You will then have the opportunity to postpone the shipping date if necessary.
Your order will then be entrusted to our carrier, who will contact you within 3 working days (by e-mail and/or SMS) to arrange a delivery date and time.
Following this, you will receive confirmation of the appointment as well as the tracking link enabling you to follow the delivery of your order.
• Returns:
If any of the products you receive are faulty, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return them.

rethinking the waste valve
Refusing to accept the status quo, we sought to redesign an essential yet banal basin part: the waste valve. Challenging the traditional flat, metal plug, this part is transformed into a spherical, colorful, ceramic centerpiece. Designed for both function and form, it creates a trompe l'oeil, as if the sphere has caused the basin's deformed surface.

Rituel is designed to make cleaning easy. Made entirely from ceramic, a durable material with hygienic properties. A surface with no sharp edges, to wipe down in seconds. And an easily detachable ceramic waste valve, enabling a quick, deep clean.
